Tech-24—which acquired AIS Commercial Parts & Service and Eichenauer Services Inc. in Q4 of 2020 and Alliance Mechanical Services on March 1—has made yet another acquisition.

On April 13, the commercial foodservice equipment repair provider acquired United Service Technologies in a deal backed by HCI Equity Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed.

United Service Technologies, based in Anaheim, Calif., offers repair and maintenance services for commercial food equipment, primarily to supermarkets. United also has locations in Texas and Nevada.

Tech-24 is a national provider of installation, preventative maintenance and emergency repair services for foodservice and HVAC equipment. It serves convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops and concession operations, among other foodservice establishments.

Tech-24 CEO Dan Rodstrom said the addition of United “greatly strengthens” the company’s ability to service the grocery market segment.

“We look forward to sharing best practices with United and across all the Tech-24 companies to enable us to better service and satisfy our customers,” Rodstrom added.
