Tech24 Acquires Arizona-Based Varitech

Greenville, S.C.-based Tech24 has partnered with Varitech Commercial Services, an Arizona-based commercial refrigeration, HVAC and commercial kitchen equipment service and repair company.

Varitech has served the refrigeration, HVAC and kitchen equipment needs of restaurants, assisted living facilities, hospitals and other commercial facilities throughout Southern Arizona since 1996.

“Arizona is an important market in the Southwest, so we are thrilled that Danny [Alexander, president of Varitech,] and his team have joined the Tech24 family,” says Dan Rodstrom, CEO of Tech24, in a release. “The combination of Tech24 and Varitech will benefit our employees and our customers in Tucson and throughout Southern Arizona.”

Tech24 says Varitech offers a broad range of planned maintenance and repair/installation services for multiple industry brands. Additionally, it maintains a large inventory of parts for refrigeration and kitchen equipment.

Tech24 currently services over 50 major markets in 26 states from coast to coast. Earlier this year, it picked up ProCold to help grow its New York area offerings.
