Tech24 Gains Ground in Illinois, Wisconsin

Tech24 has acquired A-1 Service Group, which includes A-1 Services, A-1 Restaurant Equipment Services, Assured Power and Diversified Heating & Air.

Based in Oak Creek, Wis., A-1 Service Group serves the maintenance, repair and installation needs of commercial and residential customers across Wisconsin and Illinois. Here’s a closer look at the group:

• A-1 Services has over 25 years of experience in the commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration business.
• A-1 Restaurant Equipment Services provides parts and services needed to maintain commercial foodservice equipment across a variety of fast food, casual and fine dining restaurants.
• Assured Power is a full-service licensed electrical contractor.
• Diversified Heating & Air offers a complete line of residential HVAC services for single and multifamily homes.
