TriMark USA has announced two promotions and three hires. The dealership, based in Mansfield, Mass., states in the release that the appointments come as it enters “a record year of new and renewed customer agreements following a company-wide transformation initiated in late 2024.”

Terry O’Brien, CEO of TriMark USA, says, “We’re building a modern, high-performance organization—one that’s digitally enabled, customer obsessed, and powered by great people. These promotions and new appointments reflect the strength of our team and the momentum behind our transformation.”

The appointments include the following:

  • Brent Semple has stepped up to general counsel, reporting to CFO James Noonan. The TriMark veteran has helped advance the dealership’s legal and compliance infrastructure, customer agreements and risk mitigation.
  • Kendra Borg has moved up to senior vice president of human resources, reporting to O’Brien and succeeding Andrew Foster, who recently retired. She has served TriMark for five years and most recently reshaped its corporate accounts and strategic growth teams while overseeing talent acquisition efforts.
  • Karthik Kirubakaran has joined TriMark as vice president, data analytics and AI, reporting to Chief Information Officer Padmini Mandavalli. He’ll lead the development of a formal master data management program and drive AI enablement across core operational workflows.
  • Tim Palmer has been appointed vice president of category management, reporting to Executive Vice President of Category Management and Marketing Karen McCain. He’ll lead efforts to deepen direct collaboration with vendors and increase global sourcing efforts.
  • Blake Wynter has joined as vice president of marketing, also reporting to McCain. Given TriMark’s growth and new data warehouse system, Wynter will bring keen market insights and initiatives to TriMark’s customer base and operating divisions.

TriMark USA, operating 10 regional divisions, offers design services, equipment and supplies to the foodservice industry.
