Two Join Ranks at West Coast Rep Firm

The manufacturers’ rep agency EMC Hospitality has two new hires.

First, the company shares that Cinthya Cheung (Saenz) is its new territory manager in the equipment division for the general Los Angeles and Orange County territories. Cheung, who has 10 years of experience in international sales and eight years in commercial equipment sales, will focus on chains, healthcare, K-12 schools and government facilities.

Additionally, Chef David Lessin was appointed as a culinary equipment start-up specialist for EMC’s Southern California territory. He will focus on culinary demos, training sessions, special events and equipment startup activities. Lessin has a culinary degree from the CA School of Culinary Arts and has held roles such as executive chef and owner/operator. Most recently, he worked as a restaurant startup consultant with Synergy Consultants.

EMC is a multimarket agency serving California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii.
