Hoshizaki Alliance has appointed two to its leadership team.

The appointments are as follows:

• Deanna Marr: Marr has been appointed as the Hoshizaki Alliance’s vice president of human resources, environmental health and safety, and general administration. In this role, Marr will partner closely with Hoshizaki Alliance leadership to support growth, consistency and alignment across human resources, EHS and general administration functions. Marr brings experience in people leadership, organizational development and operational excellence, says Hoshizaki, and her background supports the Alliance’s continued focus on strengthening its workforce, reinforcing environmental health and safety practices, and advancing sustainability and administrative initiatives across its companies.

• Troy Stenvold: Stenvold has been appointed as the senior director of IT operations; he will lead Hoshizaki Alliance-wide IT operations, cybersecurity and end-user support, with a focus on system stability, performance and alignment with global IT strategy, governance and compliance requirements, says a release. Stenvold brings experience in manufacturing-focused IT environments and a track record of delivering reliable, secure and scalable IT services across multisite operations.
