T&S Brass and Bronze Works has promoted Sarah Scott and John Hughes, both of whom will take on new roles within its business analytics division.
Scott, who joined the company six years ago as a data collection analyst, will now serve as the business analytics manager. Previously, Scott has been instrumental in gathering and managing product data while providing exceptional support to customers for website needs, says the company. In her new role, she will spearhead initiatives to produce data-driven insights, and to optimize sales performance across various channels. She also will oversee critical ERP processes and utilities, including commissions, rebates, sales transfers, product list pricing and customer contract pricing.
Further, Hughes, an 11-year employee, is now the manufacturer’s business intelligence platform manager. Hughes first joined the company as an analyst in the accounting and finance department and most recently served as its business analytics manager. In his new role, Hughes will oversee the maintenance and development of T&S’ business intelligence utility. He will manage front-end interface reporting and development, plus oversee the backend infrastructure, including data readers, procedures, relationships and data modeling.
