Unox Announces Chef Hire
Kyle Coleman joins Unox as active marketing chef for the southwest region.

Unox has added Kyle Coleman as its active marketing chef for the southwest region, covering Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas.
In this role, Coleman will work with foodservice professionals to ensure they maximize the benefits of Unox’s cooking solutions. His focus will be on delivering individual cooking experiences and conducting top-training sessions to showcase the manufacturer’s culinary solutions.
Coleman has an extensive background in food operations and culinary consultation spanning two decades. He has provided strategic consulting to grocery retailers, such as Whole Foods and Sprouts Farmers Market, and helped optimize their prepared foods programs. He has held leadership roles in food industry companies, including Dansons, Fresh Thyme and TurboChef.
In the past couple weeks, Unox also shared the hiring of Eric Holder as its service director.
