Unox Boosts Technical Training Team

New hires will enhance Unox’s ability to provide support and training to customers across the U.S.

Unox has strengthened its commitment to customer service with the addition of two new technical training instructors, Ryan Ocampo and John Porter. Their expertise will enhance Unox’s ability to provide support and training to customers across the U.S.

Ocampo brings experience as a field service technician and manager, with a background in diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing commercial foodservice equipment. His expertise in preventive maintenance and project management will strengthen Unox’s ability to provide hands-on training and technical support.

Porter has a background in corporate training, operations management and customer service. His experience in developing comprehensive training programs and mentoring service teams will enhance Unox’s technical training initiatives, ensuring seamless equipment integration and operational efficiency for customers.
