Unox Names Active Marketing Chef for the Southwest Region
John Skutta brings experience in culinary arts and foodservice sales to the role.
Unox has named John Skutta its active marketing chef for the Southwest region, covering Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas.
Skutta brings more than 20 years of experience in foodservice sales and culinary operations. A Le Cordon Bleu-certified chef, his career includes time spent at Sysco Food Services, Liberty Cold Storage and Goodpack USA. He has experience in restaurant operations, strategic account management and culinary product consultation for major foodservice operators and retailers across the country.
“John’s extensive background in both culinary arts and foodservice sales makes him an ideal fit for our Southwest team,” says Derrick Richardson, Unox president of North America, in the release. “His ability to connect with operators and demonstrate real-world kitchen solutions will be invaluable to our partners throughout the region.”
Unox recently started production at its first U.S. manufacturing facility in Denver, N.C.
