Virtual Dining Concepts Taps First CEO

Virtual Dining Concepts, a creator of virtual restaurant brands, has tapped former DoorDash executive Stephanie Sollers as its first CEO.

Sollers has worked in the food and technology industry for more than a decade. In her recent role with DoorDash as enterprise partnerships lead, she worked to scale delivery-only brands and ghost kitchens. Her experience also includes working with engineering teams to shape new technology solutions for leading restaurant brands.

In her new role with Virtual Dining Concepts, her responsibilities include driving and implementing strategic and operational initiatives and leading the senior management team to ensure expansion for virtual brands.

“As we gear up for aggressive growth and expansion, with exciting new brands and development of proprietary technology, having Stephanie on board as CEO, with her breadth of experience, strength and knowledge, is precisely what we need to achieve our goals,” says Robert Earl, Virtual Dining Concepts co-founder, in a press release.

Virtual Dining Concepts’ delivery-only add-on brands for restaurants include MrBeast Burger, Barstool Bites, NASCAR Refuel, Mariah’s Cookies, Mario’s Tortas Lopez, Steve Harvey’s Family Food and Pauly D’s Italian Subs.
