Welbilt Makes Key Hire for Eastern Region

The new employee hails from bp and previously worked for another foodservice equipment manufacturer.

Joe Lee is bringing over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations to his new role at Welbilt.

Lee joined the manufacturer on Jan. 8 as its VP of key accounts. In this role, he will lead and manage customers in the eastern region of the U.S.

Lee previously spent five years with Marmon Foodservice Technologies as its senior director of commercial sales. He also spent 18 years with The Coca-Cola Company as its director of regional sales operations and, most recently, he worked for two years with bp North America as its distributor business team lead.

“Joe is a strategic leader poised to elevate our client relationship and drive key initiatives towards unprecedented success,” says Jim Courtright, Welbilt’s senior vice president of sales.
