Welbilt Taps Three More Presidents, One VP

In another wave of promotions, Welbilt has appointed three new brand presidents, along with one vice president.

Mark Smith has been elevated to president of Multiplex, where he will continue to be responsible for day-to-day management and drive growth. Smith has over 28 years of experience in the beverage industry, holding various positions in operations and management. He most recently served as vice president and managing director of Multiplex.

Clint Reed has been named president of Kolpak, where he will be responsible for day-to-day management. Reed joined Welbilt in 2009, working in various finance, production and plant management positions. In 2018, he was promoted to vice president and managing director of Kolpak. Before joining Welbilt, he worked as a controller for Cascades Inc. from 2001-2009.

Brandon Slotman has been promoted to president of Delfield, where he will continue to be responsible for day-to-day management. Slotman joined Delfield in 2020 as vice president and managing director. Before then, he worked in the automotive industry, holding engineering and management positions with Denso Corp., Federal-Mogul Corp. and Tenneco Inc.

Tom Van Der Bosch has been appointed vice president of KitchenCare, where he will be responsible for day-to-day management. Van Der Bosch joined Scotsman Ice in 2000 and has held key roles, including director of customer support. He also developed service offerings to increase ice sales and, in 2012, became vice president of parts and service.
