Welbilt’s Lincoln Announces 2 Promotions

The individuals are settling into new roles as the VP of sales and marketing, and director of project management, respectively.

Lincoln Foodservice Products, a Welbilt company and manufacturer of conveyor ovens, shared two leadership promotions today, Sept. 2.

They are as follows:

• Melinda Scheuneman: Now, as vice president of sales and marketing, Scheuneman will oversee the sales, customer service and technical service teams, driving customer engagement, organizational growth and market leadership. She will report to Matt Kampert, president of Lincoln. Scheuneman began her career at Lincoln in 2001 before gaining additional industry experience, most recently serving as vice president of Phoenix Marketing. She rejoined Lincoln last year.

• Nicko Hoang: Hoang, a Lincoln employee since 2018 (most recently serving as engineering manager), has been promoted to director of project management. He will leverage his technical expertise and leadership as he leads the engineering and quality teams to drive innovation, efficiency and execution across the organization.
