Whataburger Appoints EVP, COO

Jessica Reicher, most recently president of Arby's at Flynn Group, has more than 30 years of experience.

Whataburger has named Jessica Reicher as its executive vice president and chief operating officer, effective September 16.

Reicher brings more than 30 years of restaurant leadership experience to the role. Most recently, she served as president of Arby’s at Flynn Group, where she led over 360 locations across 10 states. She also has held senior leadership roles at Fuddruckers, Pizza Hut Int’l., Taco Bell and Nando’s U.S. Her career began at Red Robin.

In her new role, Reicher will lead all corporate and franchise restaurant operations and restaurant services, overseeing operational strategy, execution and team development across Whataburger’s growing footprint. She will be based in San Antonio at the brand’s headquarters.

“Having lived in Texas, I’ve long admired Whataburger’s iconic presence and passionate following,” Reicher says in the release. “It’s a brand that stands for quality, care, and community—and I’m excited to help carry that legacy forward with our teams across the country.”

Whataburger, celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, has over 1,100 restaurants across 17 states.
