Winston Industries Hires Human Resources Manager

Winston Industries has hired Emma Roberts as its human resources manager. She’ll work from the company’s headquarters in Louisville, Ky.

With a bachelor’s degree in international trade from Mexico and France, Roberts brings a background in international business within the foodservice equipment and manufacturing industries. In the past six years, she pivoted toward organizational development and human resources, securing her SHRM-CP certification and other credentials. Adding a unique perspective, she spent 22 years as a medical and technical linguist provider. Roberts speaks fluent English, Spanish and French.

We anticipate Emma’s positive contributions to our operations and overall success.”

Winston Foodservice is a part of Winston Industries, an American manufacturer of commercial foodservice equipment. It produces a wide range of products, including cook-and-hold ovens, retherm ovens, holding cabinets, warming drawers, and fryers.
