Tropical Smoothie Cafe Inks 40-Unit Deal

Tropical Smoothie Cafe has announced a 40-unit franchise development deal across New York and Connecticut with franchisee Aurify Kingstar.

The deal will expand brand presence across Albany, Westchester County, the Bronx and Western Connecticut, with the first location set to open in early 2027.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe also recently appointed Joe Sieve as chief development and growth officer. Overall, the Atlanta-based brand currently has more than 1,750 cafes and is on track to open its 1,800th location by the end of this year.
