Cres Cor Welcomes Western Regional Sales Manager

Cres Cor has hired Richie Wilim as its Western regional sales manager.

Wilim has experience in many areas of foodservice, running high-volume kitchens, designing layouts, manufacturing equipment sales and training, and leading public school nutrition programs. He helped launch Unox on the West Coast during its U.S. debut and expanded RATIONAL’s Northern California presence with 35%-plus annual sales growth. Most recently in K-12 nutrition, he led teams to redesign kitchens and lift meal standards for thousands of kids in California.

Wilim resides in San Francisco. Outside of work, he spends his time cooking, enjoying the outdoors, golfing and reading.

Cres Cor, based in Mentor, Ohio, offers hot cabinets, ovens and other products. Greg Baggott, president of Cres Cor, serves on the NAFEM board as vice president.
