Little Caesars, More To Talk Automation at MUFES

Experts from Little Caesars, Cini-Little and Cracker Barrel will be on tap at MUFES to talk steps to start automating.

Three industry experts will participate in a panel discussion at FER’s Multiunit Foodservice Equipment Symposium to offer attendees steps to start automating their foodservice facilities. The experts include the following:

  • Eric Brasseur, vice president, engineering and equipment services, Little Caesar Enterprises
  • Richard Eisenbarth, president emeritus, Cini-Little
  • Cha Nye Farley, senior director, construction and facility services, Cracker Barrel

Brasseur, who began his career at NSF Int’l., oversees restaurant equipment globally for Little Caesars, which franchises thousands of locations in dozens of countries. In addition to their everyday roles, Eisenbarth and Farley serve as judges for the National Restaurant Association Kitchen Innovations Awards program, which focuses on the latest products hitting the market.
