The Sunshine State will again welcome The NAFEM Show in 2027.

The biennial show, slated for Feb. 11-13 at the Orange County Convention Center’s North/South Building, is set to include 574 exhibitors as of press time. NAFEM anticipates total attendance of 20,000, half with exhibiting companies.

Beyond their booths, some exhibitors also will be featured in What’s Hot! What’s Cool!, where attendees can peruse select products that are new to market since The NAFEM Show 2025 (or working prototypes). Education as well as The U.S. Culinary Open also will occur. Further, this year’s new partnership with Fiera Milano, organizer of Italy’s Host Milano, will bring Host America to the show floor, highlighting coffee equipment and vending technologies, as well as gelato equipment and refrigeration.

The show’s ticketed networking events for attendees include The Kick-Off Party at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 10 ($50) and The NAFEM Party—costing $175 for the concert and dinner or $125 for just the concert—starting at 7 p.m. on Feb. 12 (musical artist announcement pending as of press time).

Ahead of the show, FCSI will host FCSI The Americas Symposium Feb. 9-10, kicking off with a Feb. 9 party at LIVE! at Pointe Orlando.

For those who have not yet registered to attend The NAFEM Show, the current $75 rate* remains until Jan. 20, going up to $125* Jan. 21-Feb. 10 and then $175* on-site (*badge pricing varies by registration category). Learn more at thenafemshow.org.
