T&S Brass Enhances International Leadership Team

T&S Brass has announced two international leadership appointments. Gavin Woodward has stepped up to senior director of international sales, and Shawn Kuhlman has taken the role of director of international sales operations.

In his new role, Woodward will lead T&S Brass’ international growth strategy, overseeing market expansion initiatives, distributor and key account development, regional sales direction, and the continued advancement of the company’s international sales team. Building on years of leadership within global markets, he will focus on accelerating growth while strengthening customer and channel partnerships around the world.

Meanwhile, Kuhlman will lead the strategic operating framework that supports international growth. His responsibilities will include pricing and margin governance, forecasting and quota methodologies, sales training and enablement, CRM and business intelligence standards, and commercial support across global regions.

“Gavin’s leadership and market expertise, combined with Shawn’s operational and commercial strengths, create a highly effective structure to support our customers, distributors, and partners around the world,” says Ken Gallagher, vice president of global sales, in the release. “Together, they will help us expand our global presence while improving consistency, visibility, and execution across our international operations.”
