Michael Keller, CEO and president of Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, will serve as the keynote speaker at FER’s Multiunit Foodservice Equipment Symposium, taking place February 2-4, 2026, in Clearwater Beach, Fla. Keller will offer a glimpse behind the scenes of the high-growth chain, based in Orlando, Fla., with 160-plus locations across the U.S.
