Burlis-Lawson Group Names New Partners, More
The rep group says the changes enable it to grow its business with manufacturers and to deliver solution-based benefits to end users, consultants and dealers.
Burlis-Lawson Group announced the retirement of 34-year employee Todd Burlis (a partner since 2018), and, in step, a trio of changes within upper management.
Bryan Lawson and Jay Lawson will become partners, and Jay also will serve as chief operating officer. Bryan, who joined BLG in 2008 and became its VP of sales in 2022, will serve as president. Last month, at the MAFSI 2026 conference in Palm Springs, Bryan received the Rising Star Award, recognizing exceptional leadership and industry contributions from manufacturers’ representatives 40 or younger.
Rounding out the new leadership appointments is that of Jim Ottmer, formerly the VP of sales at food waste system manufacturer Salvajor, as executive vice president.
All three individuals also will serve as sales consultants.
