Smallwares manufacturer Browne Foodservice has made a couple updates to its U.S. sales team. Mike McGrath will step into the newly created nationwide role of inside sales manager, while Grace Oliversen has joined to succeed McGrath as regional sales manager for the Central region.

McGrath and Oliversen will work with Browne’s rep firms and distributor networks to strengthen the company’s domestic footprint.

McGrath has served Browne for 17 years. In his elevated role, he’ll lead a new national strategy designed to expand U.S. market reach, provide deeper support for U.S. regional sales managers and independent rep firms, and enhance the overall customer experience. He also will continue to guide domestic product training, product development and market strategy.

Oliversen brings to the role experience leading sales and strategy for large front-of-house and tabletop brands in the U.S. She resides within the territory near Chicago and assumes leadership of the Central region effective immediately. McGrath and Oliversen will work together over the next 90 days to transition the territory.
