Chrane Foodservice Solutions Acquires Heartland Reps
The Texas-based rep firm has added MAFSI Region 16 to its footprint.
Chrane Foodservice Solutions has expanded its geographic footprint by acquiring Heartland Reps. The manufacturers’ rep firm, which covers Texas and Oklahoma, now also represents MAFSI Region 16, which is comprised of Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and southern Illinois.
“We’ve been preparing for this step for a long time, building the right team and refining our processes to ensure we could grow without losing what makes Chrane special,” says Duane Guidry, principal at Chrane, in a release.
The firms will combine their resources to best serve customers. “The resources, processes and shared enthusiasm allow our combined teams to focus entirely on what we do best, delivering faster, smarter solutions to our consultants, dealers and end-users every single day,” says Aaron Cox, owner at Heartland Reps. “I’m especially excited to see the continued growth of the MAFSI Region 16 territory as we expand the team and welcome more Chraniacs into the organization.”
Chrane, with offices in Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston, supports projects from concept to completion, including design consulting, equipment specification, project coordination and ongoing customer support.
