The Polar King International rental division has named Brandon Blanton the hub manager for its facility in Sumterville, Fla.

In his new role, Blanton will oversee fleet maintenance operations at the hub, helping ensure Polar King’s rental units are properly maintained.

“It’s great to have Brandon on board and assisting in Sumterville,” says Polar King Vice President of Operations Joe O’Keefe in the Aug. 13 release. “His previous management and transportation experience will be invaluable as we continue expanding operations at our Florida facility.”

Blanton brings hands-on experience in fleet operations, transportation and shop management to the position. Before joining Polar King, he was a shop manager at Lake Jem Farms and worked as a truck driver for JT Carriers.

Last month, Polar King also announced a new field service manager.

Polar King offers outdoor walk-in coolers and freezers to restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, government agencies and industrial operations.
