Kamran & Co. Appoints Tim Welsh as CEO

Tim Welsh has become CEO of Kamran & Co., which includes Culinex, Atlas Restaurant Supply and Berlin’s Restaurant Supply.

Welsh most recently served as chief development officer at El Pollo Loco, where he led large-scale development initiatives nationwide, according to a social media post announcing his hire. His background also includes executive roles with TriMark, Crunch Fitness and Qdoba Mexican Eats, along with leadership positions at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Sweetgreen and Walgreens. He’s also a registered architect and founder of Urban Vision Development.

In March, Kamran announced the promotion of Kamran Amiri to president after serving as executive project manager. The leadership transition followed a strategic investment from Turning Rock Partners.
