Electrolux Professional Group Appoints Corporate Chef

Electrolux Professional Group has hired Raymond Jackson as corporate chef, Americas Center of Excellence.

In this role, part of the culinary marketing team, Jackson will drive regional and national sales growth through new local partnerships and customer relationships, while implementing processes that enhance the CoE kitchen operations, sustainability and the guest experience, notes Electrolux Professional Group.

Jackson’s culinary career spans kitchens in Miami, New Orleans, New York City and international operations in Grand Cayman. He holds a bachelor’s in accounting from Georgetown University, plus a master’s in gastronomy from Boston University with graduate study in European tourism sustainability and cross-cultural intelligence coursework in Paris, Barcelona, Rome and Amsterdam. He also has a Level 2 Award from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
