Easy Ice Strengthens Footprint with Acquisition

Easy Ice, a provider of ice machine subscription programs, has completed an asset acquisition of Ice Systems USA’s ice machine leasing and subscription division.

Ice Systems USA—which has served businesses throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey for over two decades—will continue operating its other restaurant equipment sales and service businesses.
