Halton’s Jeff Hilbert To Retire in 2026
In turn, Carl Cressey, Halton's southern sales manager, will step into Hilbert's role.
Thirty-year Halton employee Jeff Hilbert, currently the manufacturer’s director of sales USA, will retire this January.
Hilbert joined the ventilation equipment manufacturer in 1995—a time when it was still carving its path in the North American market. He’s served in roles including regional sales manager and national accounts lead. He also played a role in the company’s Current Energy acquisition in 2011. Phil Meredith, director of Halton foodservice, Americas, says, “Jeff has brought a certain touch to the Halton team, from his attention to detail, developing sales and the team, his appreciation for the customer and the company, his ability to connect with the customer and, of course, a winning spirit.”
“As I enter the final days of my career at Halton, I’m filled with gratitude and reflection,” Hilbert says. “It’s been an honor to work alongside such professional and genuine people. My wife, Julie, and I are looking forward to this next chapter, and I’ll remain a proud supporter of Halton’s continued success.”
Succeeding Hilbert as director of sales USA is Carl Cressey, who has over two decades of experience in sales leadership, strategic partnerships and customer-centric innovation.
