Edward Don & Company has expanded its New England leadership team with two appointments. Jeff Bean has become president of the New England Region and Joe Christie has taken the role of senior vice president of sales for the New England Region.

Bean and Christie will work from Don’s Massachusetts office. Bean will report directly to Scott McDaniel, chief commercial officer, while Christie will report to Bean.

These appointments support Don’s continued expansion in New England, including the development of a 100,000-square-foot regional distribution center in Holliston, Mass. The company says in the release that the investment marks a new chapter in customer service and E&S distribution capabilities throughout the region, supported by its Northeast sales team.

In his new role, Bean will lead Don’s regional growth strategy, including operational expansion, sales development and the establishment of a new regional distribution center to support long-term growth throughout the Northeast. Bean joins Don with nearly 30 years of industry experience, most recently serving as president and general manager of TriMark United East.

As senior vice president of sales for the New England Region, Christie will lead Don’s regional sales organization with a focus on revenue growth, market expansion, customer relationships and team development. Christie joins Don with 37 years of industry experience at TriMark, where he held multiple leadership roles, including senior vice president of sales for E&S.
