Flexeserve Names Head of Culinary

Flexeserve has expanded its culinary expertise with the addition of Lucky Spears as head of culinary for the Americas. Spears brings decades of hands-on experience to the role. His culinary career spans restaurants, hotels, private education and senior living.

Based at Flexeserve’s U.S. HQ and Culinary Support Center in Southlake (Dallas), Texas, Spears will work closely with the company’s network of customers, distributors and rep partners to expand on its support for the Americas.

“Lucky’s passion for food, depth of industry experience and commitment to customer success make him an outstanding addition to Flexeserve,” says Dave Hinton, president of Flexeserve, in the release.

In July, Flexeserve introduced Meagan Crouch as its operations coordinator.
