Eagan, Minn.-based distributor Don Stevens has acquired B&G Distributing, out of Tennessee, expanding its geographic reach and more. The acquisition closed Oct. 31 and was formally announced on Nov. 5.

B&G will continue operating under the name B&G Distributing, a Don Stevens Company, and will maintain existing manufacturer lines and represented territories (MAFSI Regions 12 and 14).

“This partnership is about bringing two organizations together while respecting the relationships B&G has built with its customers and manufacturer partners,” says Matt Zechmann, president of Don Stevens. “We’re looking forward to working alongside the B&G team as we continue to grow and serve our markets.”
