Hoshizaki Names SVP of Operations

Kris Miller has been promoted to senior vice president of operations at Hoshizaki America.

In the role, he will lead the company’s manufacturing, engineering and materials management functions.

A Hoshizaki veteran with 30 years under his belt, Miller most recently served as VP of manufacturing, leading operations at both the Peachtree City and Griffin, Ga. facilities. Before that, he was vice president of engineering, and he was part of the company’s Board of Directors from 2017 to 2020. He has a track record of leading product development, capital planning, operational improvements and cross-functional teams, notes the release.

Miller has a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Auburn University, an MBA from the University of West Georgia and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification through GaMEP at Georgia Tech. He also has served on the AHRI Refrigeration Sector Leadership Council.
