Zink Adds Detroit Culinary Center to Lineup
The center will serve operators, dealers and others across the Michigan market and surrounding region.
Manufacturers’ rep firm Zink Foodservice has opened a culinary center in Plymouth, Mich., outside of Detroit. The center, in partnership with food sales agency Affinity, will offer hands-on demonstrations and trainings for operators, dealers and manufacturer partners across the Michigan market and the surrounding region.
The new center marks one of 10 Zink locations, which also include the Columbus Culinary Center, in Columbus, Ohio. Events taking place across the locations include monthly pop-up restaurants, a healthcare symposium, manufacturer showcases and April Pizza Palooza. Zink’s Indianapolis location was slated to host CFESA’s 2026 Young Professionals Symposium this past March.
Zink Foodservice is part of Zink Corp., which also includes Zink Hospitality, AIM National, Z-Vent Solutions, Wenger Temperature Control, FSGenius and ZCS Distribution.
