The Peach Cobbler Factory Appoints Operations VP

The Peach Cobbler Factory has appointed Devon Nelson as vice president of operations. Nelson joins the brand with nearly 30 years of restaurant and dessert industry experience, including leadership roles with Haagen-Dazs, Burger King, Checkers, Taco Bell and BurgerFi. His expertise spans multiunit operations, P&L management, franchise support, new store openings, customer experience and food safety compliance.

Founded in 2013 and franchising since 2022, The Peach Cobbler Factory has grown to 115 locations across 25 states, with 150-plus locations in the development pipeline. It recently opened its first couple of units in Oklahoma.
