600-Unit Chain Opens First Nevada Location
The latest opening follows the brunch brand’s second-quarter growth spanning eight states.

Bradenton, Fla.-based First Watch has reached its 32nd state with its fresh launch in Nevada.
The breakfast, brunch and lunch spot officially opened the doors to its 4,400-square-foot unit in North Las Vegas, roughly 12 miles off the Las Vegas Strip. The location can accommodate over 200, and includes a covered patio, indoor bar and more.
Las Vegas diners can expect to see the first seasonal menu this winter, plus fresh juices, lunch bowls, sandwiches, salads and more year-round. The chain notes that all its dishes are made to order using fresh ingredients in a kitchen without heat lamps, microwaves or deep fryers.
“We’re excited to become part of such a great community in North Las Vegas and share our fresh approach to breakfast, brunch and lunch,” says Mike Lee, regional vice president of First Watch. “We’re grateful for the community’s warm welcome and look forward to serving as a new go-to gathering place for neighbors and friends.”
Last month, in its Q2 earnings report, First Watch reported 17 new system-wide restaurants across eight states. The additions brought its total unit count to 600—531 company-owned and 69 franchise-owned.
