FCSI The Americas has canceled its biennial conference, scheduled for August 24-26, 2020 in Austin, Texas.

“As you can imagine, this was not an easy decision for us,” the organization said in an email today announcing cancellation.

The organization cited survey results which pointed to concerns regarding travel restrictions and COVID-19 health and safety regulations, as well as the possibility that members outside the U.S. may not be able to attend due to the pandemic.

FSCI says it will refund all registration fees.

It also said the next Divisional event, The FCSI TA Symposium, will be held August 24-25, 2021 prior to the NAFEM Show in Orlando.
