Tim Hortons Set For Middle East Expansion

Eleven new units opening in 2011 are just the beginning of the Canadian chain’s big splash into the Middle East. The restaurants will open in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar over the next five years; the Apparel Group will select locations. Nearly all of Tim Hortons’ 3,627 restaurants are in Canada (3,040 stores) and the United States.
