REGISTER NOW FOR CFESA TRAINING CLASSES

The Commercial Food Equipment Service Association has two training classes slated this month.  The sessions, Electric, Gas & Steam and Refrigeration, are running concurrently at the Duke Power Customer Resource Center in Charlotte, N.C. The EGS class is March 21-26; the refrigeration class is March 21-24. The registration deadline is March 14.

The four-day refrigeration class covers the basic principles and introductory concepts of refrigeration. Attendees must be a CFESA Certified Electrical Technician and have EPA Certified Recovery line I and II. The six-day EGS class is open to all technicians with a minimum of six months’ experience in the industry. It covers the basic elements of gas, electric, steam for repairing and troubleshooting foodservice equipment. Training is from entry-level to advanced.
