Ali Group Will Integrate Scotsman, McCulloch Passes CEO Reins

Scotsman Industries, recently acquired by the Ali Group, will remain a U.S.-based global group reporting to Ali Group North America. The Milan, Italy-based conglomerate has announced several updates to Scotsman’s management team.

The responsibilities held by Scotsman CEO David McCulloch and CFO David Wrench will be absorbed by Filippo Berti and Christa Miller, CEO and CFO of Ali Group North America, at the end of the planned transition period on February 15. Scotsman senior executives Kevin Fink, Rich Gleitsmann, Emanuele Lanzani, and their management teams will all remain in place.

The Ali Group operates globally through 72 foodservice equipment brands.
