European Ops Plan For INTERNORGA

More than 1,200 exhibitors from Germany and abroad will be in Hamburg, Germany, this weekend for INTERNORGA 2013, Europe’s leading fair for catering and foodservice equipment.

The March 8-13 exposition will showcase innovations, trends and solutions, as well as conferences, seminars and side-event presentations. The giant Skywalk Table, for example, will showcase a broad range of tabletop products; it includes 120 place settings outfitted by leading tableware, cutlery, glassware and chair manufacturers.

Roundtables and presentations are focused on research, international food trends, and bread-based operational concepts. A career forum for job networking will debut, as will the INTERNORGA Navigator, a brochure giving an overview of the complete range of product innovations.
