In Memoriam: Roy Hake

Roy Hake, a veteran of 36 years with Duke Mfg. Co., died May 28 at age 93. He joined the St. Louis manufacturer in 1948, after serving in the U.S. Army Medical Corp. Hake also served as chairman of the National Food Equipment Manufacturing Credit Group/National Association of Credit Management, and was active in community activities, including the Boy Scouts of America, the American Legion and Kiwanis Club. In addition to his son, Hake is survived by his wife of 71 years, Dorothy; two children; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
