Hooters Celebrates 30 Years With Revamped Look

It’s a reinvigorated look for Hooters, which marks its 30^th anniversary this year. The Atlanta chain has unveiled a new modern prototype in Slidell, La., that it says sets the tone for future locations and renovations. The new design includes expansive windows, more exposed wood and more open space to encourage social interaction. The bar has been moved to a central location in the 6,300-sq.-ft. unit, and features both high-back-seating tables and low-back-seating booths. Hooters franchises and operates more 412 Hooters restaurants in 44 states and 27 foreign countries.
