New York Show Offers Free Registration

New Yorkers like to think their city is the center of the universe, and it will indeed achieve that title next month with the kickoff of the 98th annual International Hotel, Motel + Restaurant Show, running Nov. 9-12 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

For E&S industry professionals, the true epicenter at the show will be Sunday, Nov. 10, when the “Pioneering Food Concept” activities unfold in the winning design model, Pie Squared. From 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and again from 2 -3:30 p.m., attendees can experience the equipment demo and enjoy food tasting in Global Test Kitchen’s awarding winningprototype, built right on the show floor.

From 4-5 p.m., FER magazine and IHMRS will cohost an awards reception honoring the top three design winners. FER is the media partner for the Pioneering Food Concept program.
