Also on Wed., Feb. 18, Emerson Climate Technologies is hosting a free, day-long E360 Forum at the Embassy Suites Anaheim-South. Presenters will deliver informative technical content on the market and the regulatory challenges facing the foodservice industry—especially those dealing with refrigeration—and will take a look at important emerging technologies.

This event is packed with refrigeration industry experts and begins with keynotes in the morning from 9-11:30 a.m. Doug Fryett, president of Fryett Consulting Group, will discuss the global macro and operational trends affecting the foodservice industry today. Then Dr. Rajan Rajendran, Emerson’s expert on refrigerants and the regulations that impact them, will discuss the latest developments that have everyone concerned.

After lunch, from 12:15-4 p.m., two sets of breakout sessions will run simultaneously, one track for retail foodservice and one for foodservice and emerging trends.

The foodservice/trends track includes “Enterprise Management & Communicating Kitchens,” “New Equipment Technologies that are Reducing Operating Costs,” “How to Meet 2016/2017 Energy & Refrigerant Regulations” and “Converting Food Waste into Renewable Energy.”
