MUFES Kicks Off This Week

FER’s Multiunit Foodservice Equipment Symposium, now on its 15th edition, is underway in Clearwater Beach, Fla. Foodservice equipment and supplies specifiers, along with select suppliers and other industry professionals, are on-site to take in continuing education from top-notch speakers and, of course, plenty of networking.

Pre-meeting events took place on Monday and Tuesday marked Day 1 of two days of sessions focused on high-priority topics, including:

• The story behind high-growth brand Jeremiah’s Italian Ice
• A look at decarbonization and electrification
• Effective energy use for maximum kitchen performance
• Improving water quality
• Design challenges and early takeaways from prototypes
