Alto-Shaam Expands Sales, Marketing and Culinary Teams

Five new hires have been announced for Alto-Shaam’s sales, marketing and culinary teams.

Lucy McQuillan is the Menomonee Falls, Wis., company’s new Executive V.P.-Global Sales. She now manages domestic and international sales teams and oversees support and execution of commercial and corporate strategies; McQuillan previously held various sales, product management and marketing roles with IMI Cornelius.

Gabriel Estrella Talentti, newly hired as Sales Director-Middle East and Africa, is responsible for growing sales in the region through independent dealers, distributors, direct customers and foodservice consultants. He leads Alto-Shaam’s new office in Dubai.

Joe Prowell, appointed a Business Development Specialist, will assist in demand creation alongside his counterpart on the East Coast and offer sales support to dealers within his region. Prowell most recently served in the U.S. Navy as an aviation lieutenant.

Jody Rahoy has been hired to lead communications, web development and public relations as Marketing Manager. Richard “Rocky” Rockwell joins the culinary team as a Corporate Chef; he most recently worked at Texas A&M University as an executive chef and director of dining, serving meals to more than 2,600 ROTC cadets in 10 minutes using Alto-Shaam’s plate retherm system.
