Intergastra 2016 Hopes For A Full House

Four months before the show opens, Intergastra looks like a “don’t miss” event. With most of the more than 100,000 square metres of available exhibition space already booked up, the show’s organizers have started waiting lists for hopeful exhibitors. More than 1,300 already are signed up to exhibit wares to an expected 90,000 visitors

The February 20-24, 2016 show in Stuttgart, Germany, promises to cover “the whole world of the guest business.” It presents, in thematically arranged halls, novelties and new features from all areas of the foodservice, gastronomy and hotel industries, to allow visitors to obtain a broader view and provide them with the opportunity for an exchange of ideas and opinions on important developments.
