Javits Convention Center in New York, is North America’s largest hospitality-focused trade even. More than 15,000 hotel and foodservice owners, executives, directors, and decision-makers from across the hospitality spectrum are expected to attend. Five hundred manufacturers and marketers will be merchandised in five product/service categories: Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Kitchen Design, Rooms Division, and Technology. HX, paired with the hospitality-focused Boutique Design New York show, will present 900 exhibitors.

Keeping pace with its spirit of reinvention, HX: The Hotel includes a dynamic list of educational opportunities. Topics range from sustainability, insights on habits and preferences of today’s travelers, addressing the new normal of shared economy concepts such as Airbnb and Uber, and of course, encounters with the top three winners of the HX 2015 Foodservice Pioneering Concept design competition. HX also has significantly expanded technology offerings this year with the addition of HX: TECH, a hub for experiencing new products and hearing new ideas. Hands-on training and new product demonstrations will be featured.
